The Guardian Public Leaders Network is hosting an interactive event to showcase some of the brightest and best approaches to make public services smarter and more collaborative, with industry leaders, workshops and good old fashioned networking. The Public Leaders Network is the Guardian's online section for leaders and professionals working across all public service, with more than 28,000 members from central and local government.
