We are looking for a qualified and experienced lawyer, with excellent technical knowledge of childcare law and well-developed advocacy skills to replace a recent retiree. You will be expected to conduct hearings in the family court (instructing Counsel for only the most complex hearings) and will advise and assist the client at all levels, in writing, orally and by attending meetings as required. You should have energy and initiative and preferably significant experience in child care law.
You will be part of a team of five lawyers and will be supported by two paralegal officers and you should have a strong teamwork ethic.
